Realm Property Group was an ambitious real estate endeavor in the NYC Metro area, focusing primarily on the aquisition, renovation, and conversion of small, multi-unit buildings into condo’s. Realm, partnered with JJS Realty, brought 17 residential and commercial units at 5 different sites to the market. The largest project was the gut renovation of an 8 unit building at 324 Baldwin Ave in Jersey City.
Realm Property Group evolved from an earlier partnership, Realm Concepts, which had specialized in high-end interior design and renovation. Realm Concepts was the brainchild of Andreas Hertz and focused primarily on custom cabinetry and fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms. Realm completed several renovation projects with a financier who had a 30 year track record of lucrative real estate investments, primarily in Florida, and a JV was formed to focus on the expanding Jersey City market.
